Daniel Gholston is a native of Georgia. He graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelors Degree in History and received his law degree from Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law in 2007. While at Mercer, Daniel received a Certificate in Advanced Legal Writing, Research, and Drafting. Daniel was awarded the Dean’s List and received the CALI Excellence Award for Labor Law.
Daniel’s legal work focuses in the areas of Personal Injury, Criminal Law, Domestic Relations, and Corporate Civil Litigation. In 2007, he was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia and joined Zimmerman & Associates as an associate attorney. Daniel is a member of the Litigation, and Domestic Law sections of the Georgia Bar Association. Daniel recognizes the importance of providing pro bono services to disadvantaged individuals and organizations unable to afford quality legal representation. He has handled numerous pro bono cases involving a wide array of issues and substantive areas while at Zimmerman & Associates, including providing advice and counsel to nonprofit and tax-exempt organizations.
Daniel currently lives in Chamblee, Georgia with his wife, Christine, and two daughters. In his free time, Daniel enjoys fly fishing, hunting, traveling, and Georgia Football. Additionally, Daniel serves on the Wesleyan High School Alumni Board.
